Low Intensity exercise is performed between 60-65% of your maximum heart rate. This type of exercise is usually ideal for beginners or those who have a chronic health condition, such as obesity.
If you want to lose weight but have little or no experience in exercising, low Intensity training could be the perfect option for you. This could be as simple as walking the dog around the park or mopping the kitchen floor.
